Thaw 1, 2, 3

THAW 1: 0.3M Sacarose, 6% Glycerol in embriolife® Base
THAW 2: 0.3M Sacarose, 3% Glycerol in embriolife® Base
THAW 3: 0.3M Sacarose in embriolife Base

Instructions: Thaw straws at 37°C for 15-20 seconds in water-bath. Transfer the embryos to plates with THAW 1 for 6 - 7 minutes. Repeate the procedure for THAW 2 and THAW 3, then transfer the embryos to embriolife® Holding solution.

Formulation/ml: embriolife Base, 4mg BSA fraction V, 342 mg Sacarose, 0.1ml glycerol, 0.02mg gentamicin, 0.25 µg Anphotericin B.
