Ethylene Glycol 1,5M (Freeze)

Solution developed for cryopreservation of bovine, equine, caprine and ovine embryos, when one-step thawing is needed.

Instructions: After collection, the embryos are placed in embriolife® Ethylene Glycol and shortly transferred into the straws, cooled and froze according to protocol. Thawing of embryos are made in the same straw and implanted directly into the recipients or transferred to a plate containing embriolife® Holding solution (Holding).

Formulation/ml: embriolife Base, 4mg BSA fraction V, 0.1M Sacarose, 0.084ml Ethylene Glycol (1.5M), 0.02 mg gentamicin, 0.25 µg Anphotericin B.
