FREEZE 1: 0.4% BSA in embriolifeŽ Base
FREEZE 2: 5% Glycerol, 0.1M Sacarose in embriolifeŽ Base
FREEZE 3: 10% Glycerol, 0.1M Sacarose in embriolifeŽ Base
Instructions: After collection, the embryos are transferred into plates with FREEZE 1, where they are washed copiously. They are transferred into FREEZE 2 for 5 minutes and then, into FREEZE 3. The embryos are transferred into straws and froze according to protocol.
Formulation/ml: embriolife Base, 4mg BSA fraction V, 0.1ml/0.05ml Ultra Pure Glycerol, 0.1M Sacarose, 0.02 mg Gentamicin, 0.25 µg Anphotericin B.
