HAM F-10 MODIFIED

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: It is applied for capacitation, maintenance and culture of germinative and embryonary primordial cells (human and animal).

PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTIC:

·APPEARANCE: Rosy and homogeneous
·SOLUBILITY: Clear solution
·pH at 25°C (without NaHCO3): 7.8 + - 0.5
·OSMOLALITY: 280 + 5%

STORAGE: Store the medium at 2- 6°C. If these conditions are not maintained alterations may be observed, such as:
A.) Colour change
B.) Alteration of pH
C.) Incapacity to maintain its integrity under normal conditions.

COMPOSITION: The solution is constituted of salts from HAM´S F-10 MODIFIED MEDIUM with addition of lactic acid (350 mg/L), sodium bicarbonate (2100 mg/L), and penicillin-streptomycin.

STORAGE: 2 to 6°C
PRESENTATION: Bottles with 20 ml.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months
