PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add 1 ml of diluted percoll into the Percoll bottle using a syringe. Wash this syringe into the Percoll, by aspirating in and out. This solution is the Percoll 100%.
- Aspirate 2 ml and transfer 1 ml for each of the two tubes of the centrifuge.
- Aspirate 5 ml of F-10 HAM MODIFIED using a 5 ml syringe. Disconnect the needle.
- Aspirate 1.8 ml of PERCOLL 100% using a 3 ml syringe and 0.2 ml from the syringe containing F-10 HAM MODIFIED (as described above). Tap the 3.0 ml syringe gently and distribute 1 ml for each tube of the centrifuge. This solution is the Percoll 80%.
